| Description: | We, manufacture Duplex Strainers, by brand name-ANCHORR. Fluid handled by industries contains various particles due to atmospheric contamination, in process contamination, during handling or transpotion it may be contaminated. These particles are in varied sizes and shapes and may damage or harm the equipments such as heat exchangers, burners, chilling plants, carburetors, coolers, pumps, seals, valves etc. Also, some products may need final removal of particles to enhance value; to improve further process or to achieve required clarity. These particles are removed by installing the strainers. Y/Basket/Conical/beg type. For continuous straining of solids from process, we manufacture duplex strainers. Duplex strainers comprise of two nos. L-Port ball valves-connected through a common coupler with each other for 90o turning operation; two nos. of Basket strainers for alternate operation and unit mounted on a common base plate. Design consideration minimize pressure across the strainer and valves. Due to bolted covers, changing and cleaning of element is easy and reduce down time and decrease the maintenance. | |
